Close to the old city (5mins walk) very large carpark, this hotel is functional & convenient with friendly reception staff. The apartment was large and well equipped The ground floor has access to a grass area, accessible via French doors from the lounge and also the bedroom, which was convenient for the dogs.

The size of the room was huge and we enjoyed a swim in the pool. Also the location was excellent.

Lovely swimming pool and steam room. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking with access by code after certain hours.Location excellent for supermarkets, fuel and tourist sites ( only 10 minute walk from the Citadel) Breakfast available as an extra. Air con... very useful as it was so hot.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank a staff member who dropped us to the airport, when we were unable to book a taxi. He went above and beyond. Bus out front to town centre( 15 mins walking) Old town about 10 mins walking on back road and uphill. Pool and steam room lovely and relaxing.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Excellent location for both cities. Excellent facility of an heated indoor poor and a steam room. Having a large balcony with the room was handy. Staff were helpful with everything, even let us leave our bags there after we check out, so we could explore more.

Very close to the old City of Carcassone (5 mins walk). We could even see the Castle from the balcony. The apartments were very safe, as there is a fence around the whole complex. Friendly people working there and you can buy some drinks at the reception. Apartment was clean and the sofa bed was more comfortable then expected. A/C was very important and was working very well in the living room. In the sleeping room, there is no A/C, so it's a bit warmer there.....

It comes with a kitchen in the room. Room is spacious and there is a backdoor leads to the garden so we can have our dinner by the grass. It's 5 minute drive to a very big shopping mall with a big supermarket so something different can be done after visiting the old town.

accommodation is exactly as it says, 1 bedroom m, 1 bathroom, shower room and kitchen.. excellent location for what we needed. it was right beside the castle, the staff were amazing, I would highly recommend if you are looking for accommodation minus the luxury

We were upgraded for free, and let us check in early for a small fee. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Super cheap and the pool was lovely. The little kitchenette was great for breakfast/lunch. There was also a laundry room!

The staff in this hotel is a treasure. We needed to leave the car at the hotel parking lot earlier that was check - in. Not only it wasn ´t a problem but smiley staff let us have an early check in. Location is not that far from the castle. Swimming pool with saunawas nice althogh a little small for hotel like this.
