The receptionist were nice snd speak English. We got the room 237 on the 2nd floor with window with castle view which was nice. The bed was very firm and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped, but they gave only 1 towel each, which is strange knowing there is a pool and you won't use the same towel there. The location was convenient to the castle and to the old town too. The castle was maybe 10-12 minutes walk and the old town around 20. They have car park. There is an airport shuttle that takes you near by in 10 minutes for 6€ so no need taxi.

Great location 5 minutes' walk to the walls. Loved the pool, warm and only the two of us in the morning. Comfortable bed and apartment well-equiped even though we didn't have time to either use the kitchen or the living room area. Clear instructions for an after hours arrival. Very nice and friendly staff (on the phone and in the morning for coffee and galette des rois!)

Kitchen facilities were sufficient for a few days stay. Indoor pool onsite easily accessed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our groundfloor apartment had patio doors out onto a lawned area.

The hotel was a short walk outside the citadel, though a half hour walk from the railway station. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a separate living/dining/kitchen area. Although we didn't use it, there was a launderette on site, which was helpful. We didn't use the pool, which looked tiny, but had a good separate changing area.

The apartment was large and well equipped The ground floor has access to a grass area, accessible via French doors from the lounge and also the bedroom, which was convenient for the dogs.
